Appointments with your family doctor
To visit your doctor, please first make an appointment.
You can reach us by phone from 8.00 to 10.45, and then from 11.00 to 17.00.
In case of urgency, it can happen that you need an appointment for the same day.
If so, we kindly advise you to phone early. This means phoning before 9.30.
The doctor’s assistant will then assess your symptoms so as to discern whether you should receive priority.
You can also consult your doctor by phone.
To do this, please make an appointment with the assistant.
Your doctor will then call you back.
To renew a previously prescribed medication, please leave a message on the Prescription Line.

The doctor’s assistant works under supervision of your family doctor.
When you call for an appointment, the assistant will ask you to describe your symptoms.
The assistant is trained to carefully screen your symptoms and to take care of you.
The assistant performs a number of standard treatments.
These include caring for wounds, removing stiches, freezing warts, taking blood pressure, doing pap smears, and testing urine.

The nurse works under supervision of your family doctor.
The nurse treats patients with diabetes mellitus, cardio-vascular disease, asthma/COPD, and those wanting to stop smoking.
